4 Course Meal
All dining is 4 course and all you can eat.
Although sides do vary the main course will be either Beef Tenderloin, BBQ baby back ribs, prime rib, strip loin steak, our famous 2 inch pork chop, or chicken. We do whole smoked pigs for corporate groups. Appetizers are delivered to the cabins regularly at 5 pm.
Our culinary team is able to work with any dietary needs. We have the ability to deal with any type of allergy and even the most severe. Our kitchen is brand new and way more advanced than expected at most fly in locations. Breakfast is made to order with the option of a buffet.
Shore lunch is prepared daily out on the lake, featuring 2 flavours which change each day. Walleye are prepared over 24 different ways and are always caught same day by guest eating the fish.
